Witch Hat Atelier flashes

I’ve been reading the Witch Hat Atelier manga for a few years and I’m deeply moved and fascinated by the gorgeous art, and very dark storyline.

It’s no surprise such a world celebrating drawing as magic, genderless incredible fashion and engraving style would be my absolute cup of tea! So I wanted to do a few flashes from the books art. And then “a few flashes” turned into a frenzy of… a lot of flashes. It’s just SO beautiful and inspiring. So, this is just a beginning, be ready to see a lot more soon.

I noticed that all the characters designs I chose to do where… pretty sad / dark versions. Because despite the cute style, the story is truly heartbreaking.

There are also a few designs I wanna draw - of Qiffrey, especially - that I’m postponing a bit, because I don’t wanna spoil people 🥲

We can always have a few cute brushbuddies though :)
